Yard has kids playhouse (kids crib and high chair optional). Main bedroom is king bed with linen sheets and skylights. Office is two stories with lofted studio and meditation space. Second bedroom is full size bed with French doors opening out to deck. House has AC and wifi. Private washer/dryer inside large walk in closet. Street is across from Elysian Park hiking trails and walking to Canyon Coffee, Bacetti, Ladybird, Glowing Juices, retail shops, restaurants and Lassens on Sunset. Quiet street and respectful, sweet natured neighbors. Rental includes all utilities, wifi, pool maintenance, and gardener. Housekeep negotiable for additional fee.
