The apartment is located in a very quiet building in the Navy Yards area of Clinton hill.

The building doesn't have elevator, we are located on the 3rd floor.

We are 7 minutes walking distance from Fort Greene Park, 10 minutes walking distance from the Washington G train stop, and plenty of bus stops only 2 or 3 minutes walking distance.

The area has many really good restaurants and bars nearby, I'll be more than happy to send you my top spots :)

Most of the neighbors are good friends, it's a pretty ideal building with good people.

The space will be delivered as pictured, freshly cleaned before you arrive. We will also send the cleaning lady to clean after you leave.
