I'm a longtime NYC resident seeking a share for at least 6 months. I'm very responsible and considerate, non-smoking and vegetarian, with excellent references. I'm open to a lot of different neighborhoods and have lived all over the city: several neighborhoods in Brooklyn, downtown and uptown Manhattan, Queens. I spend part of each month outside of nyc so would be gone at least 10 days out of the month. Seeking a quiet and sunny space in a respectful, friendly and independent environment (allergic to cats).
