My 28 year old son Sam is looking for a studio or small one-bedroom, unfurnished or furnished, for the minimum of a year. We have lived in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, for many years, and he would like very much to stay nearby or in downtown Manhattan. He is a 3D animator who works from home.
