Ideally I am looking for a long term studio or 1 bedroom apartment adjacent to Greenpoint (Astoria, LIC, Sunnyside, and any part of Brooklyn along the G line). Preferably unfurnished with a budget under $2,200. I don’t require many amenities, though natural light is always a plus. I don’t have any pets.

I’m a 36 queer, Filipino man (he/they) looking a home. I’ve been in NYC for 8 years, majority of that time I’ve lived and worked in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I am very responsible, driven and care deeply about community. I’m very tidy, keep noise to a minimum, and friendly. I love to travel, originally from California, so I go back quite a bit to visit family. Also willing to move earlier than Dec 1st. Any leads would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
