Location: Manhattan preferred, ideally with an easy commute to Times Square / the Theater District (Hell’s Kitchen, Chelsea, UWS, the Village, East Village, etc. all great).

Apartment vibe: I would love a place where I can write, rest and create. I keep my space very clean and well-organized.

Budget: Hoping to stay under $3,000/month. I’m flexible if it’s the right fit.

I’m an Emmy-nominated writer and performer coming back to NYC for a Broadway run Feb 1–Aug 1, and I’m looking for a place to land that feels calm and homey while I’m working. I’m usually either at the theater (8 shows a week) or writing during the day, so I’m pretty low-key at home.

I keep my space very clean and organized, and keep the drama on the stage. I would love an apartment where I can decompress, read, write, and recharge between shows.

More about me: I’ve spent most of my career working on fabulous TV shows and creating theater across the country. I grew up performing as a magician and love comedy, stand-up, and improvisation.
