I’m looking for one room in NYC via sublease, with a move-in date of March 1, 2026. My budget is $1,200–$1,300/month.

I’d like to live with female roommates, ideally between 23 and 41, in a social but respectful apartment. I value a friendly atmosphere and would love to live with people who are open to becoming friends. Occasional shared dinners or game nights sound great, while still respecting personal space and downtime.

Laundry on-site is a must (in-building is totally fine). I love animals and am absolutely okay living in a home with pets. Ideally, this room has lots of natural light during a day.
