Entire 2 Bedroom furnished apartment, all to yourself, perfectly located in the East Village near Tompkins Square Park. The location is surrounded by restaurants and bars, local businesses as well as a Trader Joe's, Target, Wholefoods and the subway, Citibikes and bus lines. It includes your own private roof deck. The apartment is available starting January 1st till January 31st. One month is $5,000 for the rent and included utilities.

The apartment has 1 room with a queen size bed and closet space and a 2nd room with a full size bed, designated desk and closet space. Tons of light via skylights and windows and hardwood floors. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which is better for privacy. The kitchen is in the middle next to the small communal space. There is an additional desk under a massive sky light right outside the main room in the common area. That desk can be set up as a stand up or for a sit down desk.

The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower and storage. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer and air purifiers. The place has all you need: bedding, towels, cooking supplies, clothes line, and a projector for streaming TV/SHOWS/FILMS. It is a 4 floor walk up but has its own entrance to a private deck on the roof. Perfect for morning winter sun reads with a blanket and cup of coffee or tea.

Rent fee includes Wi-FI, utilities (gas, electric and heat), and several streaming services. Anything extra such as film and game rentals will be charged as per use.

This is an easy to clean apartment. Shoes at the door to help. Everything you need is here. We prefer to keep the apartment a quiet environment. No smoking in the apt.

The apartment is a few blocks from Tompkins Square park and near restaurants, bars and local and mainstream stores including Trader Joe's, Target and Whole Foods. A farmers market is held every Sunday in the park 2 blocks away and Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at Union Square which is 2 train stops away.

Ave A L train is the closest train stop but you are walking distance to several other trains and a block away from cross town buses. There are 2 nearby Citibike stations. One on the street and another a block and 1/2 away. The front door is controlled by an intercom system with video
Looking for easy going person/people, ideally 2 who are good with sharing spaces because you do cross paths. Cleanliness and an appreciation for vinyl and plants are a plus.
