Hello! I will be staying in NYC for ~4 months in the spring and looking for a tenant to stay in and take care of my place.

It is a wonderful, bright, one bedroom apartment with a large private deck.

There is also dedicated parking. It offers fantastic access to cycling and outdoors activities in mill valley, and is only a 20 min drive door to door to San Francisco.

Just outside is the bike path that connects mill valley to Sausalito, and a mile from downtown Mill Valley.

- everything you need here for cooking, watching tv, etc
- 5 min walk to community center where I go to the gym
- 5 min walk to Whole Foods
- 5 min drive to downtown mill valley
- mill valley - Sausalito bike path is right outside my front door. Perfect area for walking/running/cycling. Also incredibly close drive to hiking trails (dipsea, Muir Woods, Mt Tam).

End date is somewhat flexible, but looking for someone to move in ASAP. Please reach out if interested.
