I’m subletting my one bedroom railroad, from August 1 2025-February 1 2026.
There is a possibility to take over the lease after this period (the landlords would have to be notified in November for this).
It’s on the first floor (no elevator) is 700sq ft., on a quiet street and perfect for 1 person or a couple, in Greenpoint near Mcgolrick park.
$3000 a month everything included. Landlord lives in the building and the tenants need to respect the quiet space, and won’t be able to host or have people over. The apt is not pet friendly, though a dog lives here when it’s not rented—there might be traces of hair, etc.
