The official dates are 9/19-10/18, but there's a bit of flexibility, so can work with your timing.
The apartment features a spacious living room, separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, full kitchen with air fryer/toaster/rice cooker/slow cooker/Nespresso, bathroom, many windows, many books. Second floor of a quiet elevator building.
10 minute walk from the Kingston 3 and 12 minute walk from the Sterling 2/5. Predominantly Hasidic area with lots of cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants just outside. $1900 for the month, utilities included.

I am a writer and editor. I will be attending a residency in Wyoming during this period. I've lived in and loved this apartment for the past few years--it's a great oasis from busy city life and wonderful place to work and relax.
I sublet this apartment via Listings Project in the summer of 2024 and had a perfect and easy experience.
