May Lindstrom Skin is seeking a grounded, strategic, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our COO and co-owner, Robert Metcalf. In addition to helping run MLS, Robert is a solar energy expert, rocket scientist, and dad—so this role is all about creating calm within complexity.
We’re looking for someone who does more than execute—they coordinate, manage, and organize. You’ll be a key partner who helps Robert stay on task, find clarity, and protect time for deep work and creative thinking. You’ll be the bridge between big ideas and practical action—translating conversations, feedback, and even scribbled drawings into systems, schedules, and next steps.
This role is hybrid (some in-person work in LA), and it starts as a 3-month contract with the potential to become a permanent team member if the fit feels right. See application link below for more details.
