The apartment is an 8 minute walk to the Utica A/C and 11 minutes to the Gates J. Rent for the fall is $1500/month.

The building was fully renovated 5 years ago. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. We have a brand new bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub, and the spacious kitchen has brand new appliances. These include: a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door fridge, toaster-oven, and tons of kitchen tools and pantry cabinets.

There are just four apartments in the building. The neighbors are quiet and kind, and everyone helps to take care of the building.

I am a recent NYU graduate, and have been living in this apartment for 3 years. I am leaving for the summer and fall on a circus tour in California where I will be performing as an acrobat!

You will be living with my long-time roommate and childhood friend Aida, who will starting her Senior year at the New School this fall where she studies dance and environmental science. She is kind and clean and will welcome you into the apartment.
