Our colourful duplex apartment is available for sublet in the heart of Crown Heights this fall 2025. We are both full time touring musicians and are on the road Oct - Dec 2025. We live here with our pup River, who will be staying in Philly and doesn't need care.

Situated on the first floor (5 steps at the front of the building) at the back of a 4 story pre war apt block, our renovated unit is ideal for artists, remote workers, and anyone seeking a peaceful home environment with easy access to all that Brooklyn has to offer. Perfect for couples or individuals looking for a connected, inspiring place to enjoy NYC.

Located within walking distance of Prospect Park, cafés, restaurants, and multiple train lines:
- C/A trains – 7-minute walk
- 2/3/4/5 trains – 12-minute walk

Our fully furnished space includes:
- One main bedroom with king-size bed
- Two studios (equipment available for use upon discussion)
- Upright Kawai piano in upstairs studio
- Optional second bedroom with sofabed or double air mattress
- Upstairs: Bedroom, studio, full bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen & dining area
- Downstairs: Living room or second bedroom, second studio, half bath
- Washing machine & dryer in unit
- High-end coffee machine and brand new appliances
- Fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware and utensils
- Camera at front door of building & ability to buzz guests in
- Backyard access with fairylights and outdoor couch (pictured under tarpaulin for weather protection)
- Wall mounted AC units in every room

Our neighbours in either side units are awesome and very friendly. They are chill with noise and playing (we are singer & saxophonist so we make a lot of noise!) but we are mindful to text them if we are going to be playing for longer than a couple of hours.

We would be on call for any emergencies.

Both doors are key operated.

We have a few low maintenance house plants we'd love to be watered.

My name is Phoebe and my husband Sam and I (and our pup River) live in our quiet cosy artistic heaven in the heart of Brooklyn. We are both touring musicians and are regularly out on the road, and therefore keen to meet reliable friendly artistic friends who like to come to NYC for extended periods of time. We like to keep our place clean (wash dishes after every meal, vacuum every day, keep shoes stowed away, bed made, etc etc, adult stuff!). We have lived here for a year.
