We're a family of four relocating to SF for work and hoping someone in this community can help us find our new home.

We have two little boys and are looking for a 3-bedroom home or larger rental in Noe Valley, Cole Valley, or the Inner Richmond. We're targeting an August move-in with a year-long lease, and have a budget of $8,000–$11,000/month.

We're stable, long-term tenants with strong financials and excellent rental history — happy to provide references and documentation. No pets. We'd love to find a place we can really settle into as we start this new chapter in the city.

A little about us: I'm a writer who also works in tech, and my husband works in tech as well. We've lived in Chicago and Mexico City, and we're truly excited to put down roots in SF for our next chapter. We have two little boys — ages 5 and 2 — who love playing and exploring everything the world has to offer.
