Hi!

I’m looking for a lightly furnished sublet from April 1–June or July (with flexibility to extend through August/go month-to-month afterwards). My budget is around $1500/month, and I’m open to either a private room or full apartment.

I’m in the process of transitioning out of NYC and need a calm place for a couple of months while I wrap up some logistics and next steps. I don’t have a car, so I'm looking for a walkable area. I’m open to the Hudson Valley (currently in Kingston and happy to stay! Also Beacon, Poughkeepsie, etc) as well as Brooklyn (near Prospect Park) Manhattan (near Central Park,) or Astoria/N Queens. Ideally, I'm looking to share space with only one other person in a place that's spacious, quiet, has good light, and a courtyard facing bedroom.
