Hi, we're a family moving to the Boston area this summer with two kids (4yr and newborn). We're looking for housing and ideally a move in date of June 1 or July 1, 2026. We may be able to shift earlier for the right place.

We would be interested in a 2+ bedroom apartment or home. Old or new doesn't matter so long as there are no lead paint issues. We always treat any place as our own and will take good care of yours, and would be happy to be a part of the building community. We don't have any pets.

We aren't experts on Boston neighborhoods, but location-wise Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, and maybe Brighton would work. We need to be within a 20-25 minute bike/train/bus from Watertown/Cambridge border and 45 minutes by public transit to the airport. An area with a good mix of shops / restaurants and on the calmer side would be great. We aren't looking for sleepy, but we would like to sleep!

Being within a 10 minute walk of transit or close to bike lanes would be wonderful.
