I’m looking for a furnished private room in a shared apartment, ideally with a private or en-suite bathroom. A lockable bedroom door and basic furnishings (bed, dresser or closet, and space for a small desk) would be ideal since I work from a laptop.

Outdoor space such as a balcony, patio, or yard would be a plus, as I’m an occasional smoker. Access to a kitchen and laundry in the building or nearby is preferred.

Ideally located in Astoria near the N/W trains, though I’m also open to Sunnyside, Ridgewood, or Upper Manhattan if it’s a good fit.

Furnished sublets, roommate situations, or short-term leases (month-to-month or 3–6 months) are all welcome.

Hi! My name is Seron. I’m a graphic designer relocating to NYC from Atlanta on April 4. I’ve previously worked with Netflix and SiriusXM and am currently interviewing for design roles while continuing freelance work.

I’m clean, respectful, and spend most of my time working from a laptop. I’m easygoing with shared spaces and generally keep a calm, low-key home environment.
