Our house is 2100 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - one newly renovated. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Comes fully furnished. Kitchen is also brand new with a dishwasher and we have a washing machine. The house is on two floors with one bedroom and one full bath on the ground floor.

We are set back from a quiet road, surrounded by woods, and on 4.5 acres of a well maintained field surrounded by forest. You will enjoy amazing views of the neighboring hills and the gentle noise of streams on the property and across the street. Plenty of great spots to nestle with a book, work remotely (high-speed internet included), or just sit and soak in the scenery.

The property is on the border of Schoharie and Delaware counties just down the road from the Minekill State Park and 12 minutes from Stamford, NY; easy access to Hunter Mountain, which is about 40 minutes away, and 50 minutes from Cooperstown. The local area abounds with cideries, cafes, antiques, music, restaurants - we have plenty of recommendations!
