Half of a 2,000 sq. foot loft in Dumbo in commercial building by the water on Jay street. There is a private room, and shared space with kitchen. I share rent with my colleague, we are. both in film music postproduction. For job reasons, I had to move back to manhattan and am looking to sublet my share until the end of the lease, at end of October.

Then building is occupied by various artists, from a music studio to fashion photography. Each floor has a conference room, available to all. Beautiful rooftop with views of the bridges, available to all. A wonderful working environment
