Filmmaker seeking quiet 1BR or studio, Brooklyn or Manhattan
Hi everyone — I'm Jeremy. I'm a filmmaker and educator based in Los Angeles. I teach at Hofstra University and run Under BQE Productions, a small production company making short documentary videos for New York City public schools and nonprofits.

I'll be in New York on a production job — filming in Brooklyn and the Bronx — and looking for a clean, quiet place for two weeks. I'm out on location most days and keep a low footprint. Mainly looking for somewhere solid to land at the end of the day.

One person. Non-smoking. Professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. I lived in New York for many years — East Williamsburg — so I know how to be a good neighbor.
