I would like to rent an apartment for a short term rental in September 2026.
I’m looking for anything from a studio to two bedroom apartment. Convenience to the subway is ideal but I’m flexible.

The perfect place would have a serviceable kitchen but I won’t be cooking anything fancy, most evenings I’ll be in dinners with potential clients. I would prefer a washer and dryer but it’s not deal breaker for me.

I’m very clean and always leave my rentals at least as good as I found it. I’ll only really be there for sleeping so my use of the place will be very light.

I’ve lived in NYC before so I understand what to expect in terms of road noise and general activity around an apartment. I like it quiet but I sleep with earplugs - I wouldn’t want to be staying over a club that’s open until 2, but I can handle a fair amount of noise.

I will be in town attending a conference that covers 10 days during a time when hotels are very expensive. Ideally I would have the entire apartment.
