-We are looking for someone to fill the space through end of July, but end date is flexible. We are looking for someone who can begin the sublease 4/1 at the latest, but there is some flexibility to move in end of March (current subletter is leaving mid-month(

How we live:
-We are clean, communicative, and respectful of one another! We both have very active lifestyles (we have 9-5 jobs, busy social lives outside the apartment, and extracurriculars) so view our apartment primarily as a place to recharge, and strive for a homey and restorative vibe. We keep a warm and friendly environment at home (we chat when overlapping in the apartment) but also make sure to give each other space when cooking/recharging in the common area when needed, so we can each enjoy the space for ourselves as well as together!

About This Lister

-We are two roommates (31F, 26F) one has lived in this space for 7 years, the other a year and a half. We are friendly, but have no expectations that you become friends with us (eg prioritize a good roommate dynamic first!) We are both queer and enjoy endurance sports, exploring the city, visiting friends around Brooklyn and traveling.

-We both have office jobs and work from a mix of home and office, so keep the space quiet during the day, and have a strong preference for someone who works primarily in office (or has a flexible schedule/works from coffee shops/otherwise is out and about!)

-We are both active and often out of the apartment for activities around the city. We rarely host large gatherings at our apartment and mostly use the common space to cook, watch tv, or catch up, and occasionally have a friend over (but communicate with each other when we do)please!
