I'm going to be traveling and am looking for someone who'd like to spend at least a month (dates flex, extension possible) caring for my plants and space. It's a pre-war building, large (2-bdrm, 6-rm) and convenient to both Columbia and the Upper West Side, plus easy to get out of town. Close to restaurants, gyms, services and a few subway lines. Downtown via express train to, say, West 4th St, is about 30 minutes. You'd get the guest room, plus run of the place. It's a quiet, calm environment (though admittedly there can be some classic uptown street noise). Price includes all basic utilities, including internet.

Looking for one person, not a couple. It'd be great for someone looking to focus on a project, or wanting to have a retreat from the crazier parts of the city. Timeframe is flexible: I'd like at least a month, but might also be able to extend.
