8x10 empty co working space available for 2-3 individuals. Another work space is in use, so volume above light background music and speaking levels is generally not allowed. Appropriate for contained work use with minimal mess/debris (writers, remote computer work, research, sketch artists, designers, painting with appropriate cleanup measures, musicians with size appropriate instruments who use headphones.)

There is a closet available to store things overnight. Once rented, you may leave a fixed workspace as long as you do not permanently alter the space. Even the use of installed shelves must be cleared in advance.

The space is available Monday-Thursday 10-6 with additional hours subject to availability.

Currently no one is using the space, so I'm flexible about the number of coworkers. It's an open space, where coworkers would be welcome to bring the setup of their choice. I'm available to receive and leave deliveries outside of business hours with advance communication. If you're open to sharing the space with another coworker, it's $700/month. Available through the end of the year with option to extend.

Wi-Fi, radiator heat, and electric is included.

This space is on the third floor of a walkup building. Located in Crown Heights in a bustling area with book stores, cafes, and other amenities in short walking distance. There is a window with a tree in front. Very short walking distance (fewer than 3 minutes) from the 3, 2/5 trains. 10-12 minute walk from the 2/3/4/5/S at Franklin Ave.

About This Lister

I'm a working artist who lives and work in the other areas of the space. I'm a writer and admin by trade, so my work is quiet but requires intense focus. This is my residence and work space, so ability to share space with mutual respect is very important to me.
