Flexible move-in between October 1 and late November. Lease ends August 31, 2026 with option to renew.

- Room also includes 2 closets.
- Apartment is 700 sq ft with rooms on opposite sides of apartment, feels very private.
- Dishwasher, washer, dryer all in unit.
- High ceilings with skylights to let in lots of natural light.
- Built-in AC / Heater units.
- Landlord didn't raise our rent this year and is fairly responsive.
- I take care of all the plants, so the space is green and lovely.
- Bedroom is on the right in the floorplan.
- No pets! I'm unfortunately allergic.

The only things that aren't staying are couch, tv, and what's currently in the bedroom and bathroom.

Looking for someone clean, mostly quiet at night (party in the apartment once or twice a month is cool), queer or an ally, we don't have to be best friends but at least fun friendly vibezzz. No smoking in the house. Ideally you can move in and feel ~at home~ instead of like you're just moving into ~my space~, I want to avoid you feeling like that! Let's keep clear communication about any problems we're having.
