New York is a magical place in the summer and you'll be blocks from Central Park, the Met, and other charming UES locations, with easy train access to the whole city. Watch the city come alive after a particularly cold winter in a spacious, sunny apt in a fun neighborhood with lots to do.

Looking to sublet to one individual. Please no pets (I LOVE animals but had a poor experience with a dog in this apt and cannot take the risk again). Price includes wifi.

650 square foot 1 bedroom apartment in the East 80s with large balcony (I LIVE in the hammock out there, even in winter months). South-facing and super sunny apartment on a high floor of a quiet building.

Steps from the 86th St. Q and 4/5/6 trains, along with the M86 and other bus lines. Walking distance from Central Park, Carl Schurz Park on the East River, the Met and all the other Museum Mile attractions. The neighborhood has anything you could want from restaurants and bars on 2nd avenue, several grocery and convenience stores within a block, a big Target, and other neighborhood essentials.

Building has in-unit laundry and secure package storage.

Looking for someone responsible and quiet who will take good care of the apartment and keep my few plants alive (they're super easy, given all the sun I get). This is by far the quietest building I've ever lived in (even in New York), so I'm also looking for someone who will respect the atmosphere of the building.
