About This Lister

I’m a single mom of two relocating to Florida for work and looking to sublet my apartment for the next year, with the possibility to extend if needed. Since the move is temporary, I’ve decided to keep the apartment fully furnished rather than move everything back and forth.

This has been a wonderful home for me and my children, and we’ve truly enjoyed the space and appreciated how quiet, comfortable, and spacious it is. I’ve taken great care of the apartment and am very clean and organized, so I’m looking for a quiet, responsible individual or family who will respect and enjoy the home as much as we have.

All furniture and furnishings are brand new (purchased within the last 6 months) and kept in immaculate condition.

The neighborhood is extremely family-friendly, with playgrounds, community events, and plenty of activities for kids. My children attended a nearby charter school within walking distance, and we’ve truly loved being part of this community.
