I'm looking for a subletter who's clean, conscientious, and chill. If those traits apply to you, shoot me an email with a bit about yourself and some social media links. We'll then set up a FaceTime or quick in-person meeting.
In advance of your stay, you’ll send me a copy of your ID and make the full payment, plus a $75 cleaning fee and $300 security deposit (to be returned upon apartment inspection at the end of your stay). You'll also sign a short sublease agreement. Standard stuff.
