The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a separate bedroom, living and dining room, and well stocked kitchen. There are two sizable closets. The space is fully furnished, with many windows, plants, books, and art. All utilities are covered in the price including Wifi and a Netflix streaming account. You are also welcome to use my year long MoMA membership which gives you free access to the museum, events, and film screenings.

The building is on a quiet, historic, tree lined street, but just a block away from plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops. The Fort Greene Farmer's Market happens every Saturday morning and is only a few blocks away. There are many subway lines, all within a 5 to 15 minute walk, that easily connect you to other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

I am an architect and designer who has lived in Brooklyn for 14 years, the last 4 of which were in this apartment. It is my favorite apartment I've had in NY and I've taken a lot of pride in furnishing it and growing many plants here. I will be traveling for 2 months, and so I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful person or couple to stay here while I'm away.
