I'd love to come home to a peaceful, quiet, CLEAN non-party zone with likeminded roommate(s). I'm friendly (introvert but very talkative and nice), and very communicative.

Hoping to stay somewhere longterm. I've been in my place for 7 years and the landlord isn't renewing our lease.

Open to different neighborhoods, but would prefer to live somewhere that's at least 45 min commute to midtown.

I love theater, books, dance, film, playing the piano, music...basically everything but cooking. No competition for counter space. But you can absolutely borrow books from me.

I have a senior terrier who is an emotional support animal. She is well known and beloved in my current neighborhood. She's non-shedding, technically hypoallergenic. Could also provide a letter from my current landlord to vouch for how chill she is. She used to come into the office with me and has been the resident dog at more than one theater conference.
