One month sublet while my partner and I are traveling over Christmas and New Years.

We are lucky enough to rent a full floor loft in one of the rare pre-war townhouses in Fidi.

The building used to be an old printing factory build in 1908 - meaning 11 foot ceilings, massive open space, hard wood floors and lots of window exposure.

The full floor unit has a privately keyed elevator, intercom, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, AC in all rooms, wifi and even a washer and dryer. The apartment was also freshly painted a year ago. The kitchen is fully stocked for large dinner parties.

All bedrooms come with a bed / linens, we have 2x stand-up desks. Perfect for a holiday / work retreat in the big city.

The place is 2 mins from Fulton street (metro) and just a 5 mins walk from the water (pier 17), in 5 mins you are in Tribeca and in a 15-20 mins walk all soho and Chinatown restaurants are at your fingertips.

About This Lister

My partner and I moved here from Copenhagen, Denmark and like to host dinner parties during the weekend every now and then. During the week we are pretty early birds to go to the office / gym. I work in design/ tech, Thomas my partner in strategy / advertisement.

Originally Thomas is from New Zealand and I am from Austria. I travel quite a bit for work and we go back to Europe frequently.
