We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and dependable, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. They should also be comfortable working independently.
What you’ll be doing:
-Tag, print, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring all items meet quality and packing standards and that special order requests are handled appropriately
-Prepare shipments for domestic and international orders, including proper labeling, documentation, address checks, and reality checking carrier selection
-Scheduled and manage daily pick ups
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges using fulfillment and order management systems, and report any discrepancies and damages
-Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular stock checks, restocking, and reporting discrepancies
-Help receive, unpack, and organize incoming/outgoing inventory shipments
-Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe at all times
-Communicate proactively with the operations and customer experience teams regarding order issues, delays, or inventory concerns
-Assist with special projects, seasonal volume increases, and in-store or online promotions as needed
-Follow established workflows while remaining flexible and solution-oriented as priorities shift
-Support company values around care, sustainability, and community in all aspects of fulfillment work
Who you are:
-Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a warehouse or fulfillment setting
-Comfortable reaching overhead, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying product as needed for order fulfillment and inventory management
-Able to walk up and down staircases while carrying boxes, products, and other work-related items
-Comfortable performing basic workspace maintenance tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, taking out trash, and general cleaning
-Able to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to at least 40 lbs
-Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
-Able to set clear expectations for yourself and follow established workflows
-Communicates clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing
-Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
-Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where priorities shift and flexibility is essential
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Experience with Shopify and ShipStation required
-Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
