About This Lister

We are subletting our apartment during this period for an artist teaching residency in Maryland. I am an artist and educator. My wife is a therapist and works from home out of our apartment. We love this location because it's quiet and clean and the neighbors are friendly. We also love it because it is a great central location to get around from; multiple lines to get into Manhattan, easy to get to places like Rockaway Beach, Williamsburg, Ridgewood, etc. We are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful and will treat this space like it was their own. You also want you to feel comfortable and at home here, too.
