Hi I'm originally an east coast guy from the Connecticut & NY areas, although I've called San Francisco my home for over 20 years. My pronouns are he/him.
I've lived in this lovely apartment by myself since October 2022 and I'm the current lease-holder and tenant of the unit. I would love to find someone to take this space for a period of 3-6 months although I'm open to shorter and even longer timeframes.
I'm looking to spend this summer (and possibly fall) back on the east coast to support my aging parents for a while and it would be great to find someone to take over the apartment for a while.
I would be your primary contact for anything apartment-related, although I do have a friend who lives nearby who can show it if I'm not around.
I have a good relationship with the landlord (who lives off-site) and the supervisor lives on building over from ours and is very responsive should something come up.
