-Looking for a subleaser for 6 month sublease contract term (with possibility of renewing contract at end of term).
-Sublease is for a FULLY furnished private bedroom. Aside from a large bookshelf, desk, dresser, Queen sized bed, full length mirror, and window AC unit – the room comes with a spacious empty private closet.
-Room avail April 1st. Rent $1,155 + utilities.
-Apartment shared with me and another gal in their 30s. We're working professionals, upbeat and friendly, but fairly quiet to live with. We have a super PEACEFUL and CLEAN environment in our apartment that's important to us that we maintain.
APARTMENT DETAILS:
-Very spacious 3BD, and gets amazing light because we have tons of windows.
-Two flights up in a 6 floor walkup.
NEIGHBORHOOD SPECS:
-Apartment is across street from a large park including flowered grassy areas, basketball/racquetball/baseball courts, and a playground.
-Grocery stores nearby: Whole Foods & Trader's Joe's (two train stops, 5 min ride), recently reno'd large Key Foods (two blocks), and 2 other grocery stores (an avenue away).
-Apartment is a short walk (or one - two subway stops) from popular restaurants/bars; shopping (H&M, TJMaxx, Victoria Secret, NY & Company, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, etc); plus nearby Duane Read, Starbucks, and Target.
My roommate and I are both females in our 30s. I'm a professional ballerina and have a side private reiki practice. My roommate is a Broadway seamstress/costumer. I'd describe us as getting along great, being motivated, quiet but upbeat, and mindful/respectful of each other, as well as, enjoying keeping the apt well kept. I own a small Hypo-allergic (I am allergic to most dogs) Shih Tzu. He is clean, quiet, sweet and house trained (doesn't use potty pads - only goes when he is outdoors). He mostly stays in my private bedroom and the shared living room.
Looking for a subleaser similar to us who is conscientious, responsible, extremely clean/neat, and has great co-habitation communication skills. Proof of income. NON-smoking and be a DOG LOVER (huge plus if you've got previous experience with living with a small dog) since I have a shih tzu :)
