I have a fully furnished room opening up in a bright and airy 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The room is available starting on September 1st 2025- 3 month minimum stay but flexible- longer term tenant preferred

- Large windows for natural light (10.5 ft high ceilings and room dimensions are 10.2 ' x 11.7')
- Comes with two bed side tables, dresser, queen-sized bed with mattress, and large wardrobe

Room is $1,575 + utilities (25 for internet, Gas & Electric- anywhere from 60-120)- We also share the cost of sundries and a monthly cleaner
