A beautiful, sunny, South facing room in apartment with one female and one male roommate and two cats.

The room is gorgeous and gets warm, direct sunlight throughout the whole day. The room has a lot of space too, 200 square feet!

It comes fully furnished with comfy queen size bed, desk, empty wardrobe, shelf space, AC and heating. The room has a balcony that looks out over a large nature filled backyard.

You'll have your own private bathroom too.

The House: Living room with TV and hanging hammock chair, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms(one being yours), 12ft ceilings so there's lots of light throughout the space. There's another balcony on the street side too and rooftop access.

We live in a somewhat unique circumstance where our close friends live in the apartment above so we come and go from each others apartments from time to time to hang out, borrow pots pans etc. The three upstairs are musicians and filmmakers, male and two females. It's not a constant thing either but if you do live here we'd hope you'd feel comfortable with them popping down from time to time and you are more than welcome upstairs too:)

Looking for someone chill, good energy, creatives are always nice but most important is someone nice who likes to share in keeping the place tidy and contribute to a warm and caring space:) All gender expressions welcome.

Long term, we're looking for someone to join the lease with us. Maybe thats you?... But for the time being we're ideally looking for a subletter who's open to at least 4 months and we can revisit from there.

The place is a convenient 7 min walk to the Graham L and 15 min walk to the Lorimer G. Lots of coffee shops, fun bars and a 15 minute walk to Mccarren park.

Utilities are normally $80-$120 per month.

One filmmaker from New Zealand. He's an easy going guy who loves equal parts social and solo. He likes to keep the space tidy and values kind and considerate people.

The other is a flight attendant and photographer. She's easy going and friendly. Her work hours can be a little unpredictable so she comes and goes with the wind.
