This is a quiet, peaceful residence. A zen like sanctuary to shut out the NY noise.
The entire apartment gets a ton of beautiful natural light! Both rooms comfortably fit a queen bed, dresser, desk. (Some furniture is available if needed (one bed, two desks, one old dresser). The Kitchen, Living Room and Bathrooms have minimalist vibes. No need to live in clutter. The living room is perfect for yoga and meditation. The Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for you.

About You:
You are friendly, considerate and respect the space by helping to keep it clean, and don't bring the party back home. Energy and vibes are important. You say more than, "hi and bye" in passing and you take out the apt trash when you see bins full, just like I do. You practice cleanliness daily as a way of life. You clean up after yourself regularly and do your part to keep common areas clean as well. You DO NOT wait for weeks or months to do deep cleanings only. You clean as you go to maintain the environment and keep out pests. NO SMOKING, NO 420, ONE ROOMMATE ONLY, and NO Parties. You DO NOT have frequent guests or an overnight partner. You are respectful towards the other residents. You pay rent on time.

About This Lister

She is a 39 yr old POC woman who likes to keep a clean, peaceful space. She would love to maintain good energy with roommates and occasionally do things together but also does plenty on her own, so it's fine if you do as well. However, if you have a favorite show, farmers market, museum, park, or event let her know if you'd like her to join you, She'd love to if available. She works in the entertainment field--currently hybrid. Love to cook when she can, workout and enjoys sports. She is very considerate of others and expects that same energy.
