Kitchen has new stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, a big refrigerator and freezer, cabinets and a toaster. Dining table for four people. Utensils, glassware, plates and cookware included.

Huge separate bedroom has a Queen size bed, plenty of light, a large closet and an AC unit, plus an entryway to the private garden space.

Large outdoor patio area has a small grill, dining table with four chairs and two chaise lounge chairs. Also a small, lush garden with cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs and sunflowers in bloom, if you happen to be interested in gardening. Not necessary at all.

An additional spacious closet is in the living room.

Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Towels and linens provided.

Close to the 2nd Ave F train stop and also the JMZ and B at the Delancey and Essex station. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, movie theaters, and parks nearby.

Rent includes utilities, internet; and cable TV service in the living room. One time clean out fee $250.00. Minimum 30 days stay and open to flexibility.
