28 y/o remote marketing professional who will be traveling around the country this year! This apartment is stunning (I would just forego lease renewal if it wasn’t) but I genuinely do not want to let it go, so looking for someone to sublet for at least a few months, ideally long term ish.

Must provide proof of income, 3 most recent pay stubs, bank statements, and be willing to do a credit and background check.
The base rent is $2,850. Utilities are approx $150 per month (hence the $3,000) monthly rent. There is a $100/month amenity fee that can potentially be waived.
