We’re going to be out of town from December 1, 2025, through August 2026, leaving our lovely fully furnished home available for sublet while we're away!
About the Apartment
Our apartment is on the second floor of a small 5-unit building, just one flight of stairs up. It’s a bright, cozy space that we’ve lovingly made into our home, and we hope someone will enjoy it as much as we do.

We're located right where Clinton Hill meets Bed-Stuy, a lively area with lots of cool spots.
• Just a 4-minute walk to the G train, between Classon and Nostrand/Lafayette stops
• Surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and local bars
• CitiBike stations on both corners of the block
• Several bus lines within a few steps from the apartment
What We're Looking For
We’d love to find someone who will treat our place with care, as if it were their own.
We're especially hoping to find someone who can stay for the full sublet period.

About This Lister

We’re aBrazilian couple in our late 30s. I work in academia, and my husband is a visual artist. We’ve been living in New York for 3 years and love art, music, food, and everything this amazing city has to offer.

• Sublease agreement to be signed
• Previous rental reference, if applicable
• Security deposit charged to be returned after a move-out inspection
