I am looking for a quiet and responsible tenant or couple to sublet my 1 BR apt in East Williamsburg for 7 months (sub-lease term would be May 16 - Dec 16) - while I am working out of state. Fully furnished and spacious, completely turn-key with everything you need.

$2600/month (INCLUDES ALL UTILS & WIFI although abnormally excessive use will be required to pay any additional costs) - fully furnished with everything you need including fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am looking for someone extremely responsible, enjoys a quiet peaceful home, and will take great care of my apartment.

Please do not apply if you are someone who enjoys hosting parties and playing loud music. This is a small building with QUIET and very respectful amazing neighbors.
