I’m a Los Angeles–based live events professional who travels often for work, which is why I’m subletting my home. I’ve been the sole tenant of this unit and have taken great care in creating a space that feels peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully organized. It’s very much a calm, grounding home—not a party environment.
I’m extremely respectful of my space and expect the same from anyone staying here. Cleanliness, communication, and overall ease are important to me.
You would be subletting directly through me. My landlord is a kind, longtime owner who also values respect for the property and a quiet living environment. She’s aware that I travel for work and that I occasionally have trusted friends stay to look after the space when I’m away.
This is a great fit for someone who is responsible, easygoing, and looking for a comfortable, well-kept home to land in while in LA.
Rental Requirements

House Rules / Terms
• Single occupant only
• Teneat may have a guest over. Guests are permitted short stays of up to three (3) days. The unit is intended for single occupancy only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• No smoking
• Tenant is responsible for keeping the space clean and returning it to the same condition
• Responsible for any damages to the unit or furnishings
• 1 parking spot included (must be used responsibly)
• Lost keys = $50 replacement
