Gorgeous, spacious, light-filled apartment in the heart of Millerton with sunset & mountain views. The space is fully furnished and all utilities are included. Our apartment is on the top floor of a historic boarding house which has 4-units in total.

Renovated kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove top, loads of storage space) hardwood floors, high-speed internet, window AC units, shared porch, laundry in the basement.

The apartment is just a stones throw from Millerton's Main Street which has everything you would want in a quaint little Hudson Valley town (coffee, tea, diner, bookstore, movie theater, farmers market, art galleries, antique stores, and more). If you're a runner, a cyclist, or a walking enthusiast the Harlem Valley Rail Trail is right in town and extends about 20 miles north and south. Outside of that, there are an incredible amount of hiking trails, swimming spots, and vistas within a 15-minute drive of the apartment. 40-minutes to Rhinebeck, Hudson, Great Barrington, Torrington. 15-minutes to the Wassaic Metro North Train Station.

Our neighbors in the building are all lovely, kind, quiet, and friendly. The folks on the first floor, who own the home, have a very sweet dog but we are unable to have pets in our apartment. We're hoping to find a quiet and respectful renter who wants to live that Hudson Valley Life in the height of the summer (we are flexible on dates). We love this apartment and we know you will too.

I work in documentary film and my wife owns and operates a flower farm in the area. We have rented this apartment for the last 3 years and as I approach 40 years of age I'm confident that it is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. We love being outside in the summer and cozy in the winter. While our jobs can be a bit messy at times we do our best to keep the apartment nice, clean, and quiet.
