I’m subletting my beautifully restored 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in the historic Beverly Fairfax neighborhood. Located on the south-facing top floor of a quadplex, the interiors and all appliances have been fully renovated within the past 3 years. What I love most is how the space transforms throughout the day—bright and airy in the morning, bathed in golden light at sunset from the balcony, and perfectly cozy at night with soft lighting and plush, iridescent velvet loveseats.
The layout is open and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, a 6–8 person dining table, and a dedicated off-street parking spot. The Cal king bed comes with a Four Seasons mattress for a truly restful sleep, and the home is fully equipped with Sonos in every room. The second bedroom can be a private office or pull down the very comfortable queen size Murphy bed.
There’s a half bath just off the dining room, and full bathroom serving Jack-and-Jill style between both bedrooms. The condo is on a residential street off Beverly Blvd. While there’s no bathtub, there is a luxurious filtered showerhead!
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Neighborhood highlights:
You’re right in the center of it all—walkable to Melrose, Pan Pacific Park, Erewhon on Beverly, The Grove / Original Farmers Market, Beverly home design stores, art galleries, Fairfax streetwear shops, and favorite restaurants like Canter’s Deli and Jon & Vinny’s. Sundays bring the Fairfax Flea Market just down the street, and the Melrose shops are steps away. This area is ideal for a walkable lifestyle—West Hollywood, Hancock Park, Koreatown, and Beverly Hills are all nearby.

It’s a little slice of heaven in the heart of LA—perfect for someone who wants to enjoy the city’s energy but retreat to a calm, stylish home at the end of the day.
Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I split my time between LA and Paris, working remotely for a video game studio doing creative and marketing. I love all things art and culture, especially live music, and searching far and wide for the tastiest bites.
