I am making this my secondary residence to pop in for work as necessary and will have a primary residence out of state. I expect my stays to be a week or so and I intend to spend the summers there (June - August) with the caveat that I will be traveling during that time, so you'll still have the place to yourself for a week(s)/ long weekends.
