I’m renting out 1 bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. The apartment is just steps away from the 2/3 Nostrand Ave and 4/5 Franklin Ave subway stops, and about a 10–15 minute walk to Prospect Park.

I'm open to a single person as well as couples. Depending on the case, you will use the big, or small room.

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a comfortable bed. It can accomodate one person, or a couple.

The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and beautifully laid out, featuring a large living room and a separate dining room/working space.

All utilities are included. No laundry in the building (laundromat 2 blocks away).

The neighborhood is gorgeous, diverse, and lively—with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just around the corner.
