I have a lovely condo on the top 3rd floor of a boutique building with elevator on a prime WeHo block, walkable to everything imaginable (one block west of LaCienega between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard).

The living room has double height ceilings with large and new windows looking toward the Pacific Design Center. There is an L-sofa for TV, and a full size guest bed in the living room, from which I love to read and watch sunsets.

The large loft bedroom (with regular ceiling height) has a King size bed and a walk-out balcony with a view to the Hollywood Hills. There is a powder room on the main floor with washer/dryer, and a full en-suite bathroom on the loft floor. The kitchen has newer appliances including dishwasher, full size refrigerator, range and microwave.

There is a working gas fireplace in the spacious living room, and for warmer days, powerful Split AC newly installed that works like a charm. For laundry, as stated, there is a W/D in powder room but the building also has industrial units that takes credit cards a few paces from the front door along the open air corridor for larger loads.

The building also has a pool (not heated) and BBQs.

Despite being in the center of it all, the block is tree lined and quiet and the unit itself is super quiet (no one above you!).

There is one gated car space under the building by the elevator, and visitor street parking permits available. My neighbor may also rent you a second car space as needed.

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the unit is allowed. (There is an ordinance banning vaping or smoking completely throughout the building including the terrace). Also it is a quiet condo and all my neighbors are homeowners. No parties, guests or loud music is allowed either sorry. It’s really ideal for a quiet individual or couple.

Minimum 3 months but longer preferred. Utilities + $100 per month.

I am a creative exec in music and wellness and have another home outside the city. Other Listing Projects peeps who have stayed in the unit have really enjoyed it!
