We are moving to New York to be closer to family and breaking our lease, but with our complex, the new tenants will sign a new lease and apply through the leasing office here.
This is a charming one-bedroom apartment with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central a/c and heat, and a patio. The apartment uses smart technology for the lights, thermostat, and entry. Super pet-friendly. The complex has a beautiful pool and newly renovated gym as well as an accessible rooftop with tables and lounge chairs. There are grills on the property with picnic tables. It's right off of Lincoln in Venice, very close to Penmar, roughly a 20-minute walk to the beach. We've really enjoyed living here! Maintenance is very responsive, and we've had no issues.

We are the current tenants! We're a couple who have lived in LA for six years and are moving to New York to be closer to family and for work. We will be the point of contact and responsible for showing you the apartment, but all of the application information and fees will be handled with the leasing office. Essentially, you are applying for this apartment as if it's a new lease, even though we are breaking ours.
Lease starts September 5, 2025. Credit check, bank statements, $60 application fee, guarantors welcome. The deposit was only $1500 for us, but I'm not 100% sure what it will be this go around.
Very pet-friendly! No weight restrictions. $1000 pet deposit and $45 per month pet fee. Two pet limit. certain breed restrictions (but, to be honest, I've seen a lot of the "restricted" breeds walking around the complex).
